What data we collect and why
Through the appointment form we receive your name, phone number, the reason for the consultation and, if you fill it in, a message. We use them only to contact you to arrange a consultation. The reason for the consultation and the message may contain health information; we process it only on the basis of your explicit consent, given by ticking the box in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 9(2)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
How long we keep it
The request arrives by email and is not stored on the website. We keep it for at most [90] days after we contact you, then delete it. If you become a patient, the data falls under the rules for medical records.
Who has access
The doctor and the people who handle appointments. The site is hosted by Hostinger, which stores data in the European Union [to be checked in the hosting contract]. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for access to your data, its correction or deletion, and you can withdraw your consent by writing to the address above. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (www.dataprotection.ro).
Cookies
We use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, to see how many visitors the site has and which pages they read. Statistics start only if you give your consent in the cookie banner; without consent no analytics cookie is set. Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) are kept for at most [14 months, according to the Google Analytics account setting]. We store your choice in your browser (cc_v1) for 6 months and you can change it at any time from the „Cookie settings” link in the page footer. The site does not use advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means the visitor's IP address reaches Google when the page opens.
This is a translation. In case of any difference, the Romanian version prevails.
